Executive Team

Jim Bistis is the Founder and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 1990.  Under his helm, Core has been profitable every year since its inception.  As CEO, Jim provides both tactical and strategic leadership to ensure that client expectations are met by devotion to continuous improvement in people and infrastructure development and business model execution.  By doing so, we create a unique mutually beneficial, strategic relationship with clients that facilitates achievement of each partner's goals.

Bimal Doshi has served as Vice President of Operations since 2007 and is responsible for operational client service delivery.  From 1999 to 2007, Bimal was a SQL Developer, progressing through several technical and managerial positions of ever-increasing responsibility.

Previously, Bimal spent 10 years managing production and development programs for an Indian firm in the plastics industry.

Bimal received a B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bombay and Syracuse University, respectively.  He resides in Edison, New Jersey with his wife.

Keith Inouye has served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing since 2002 and is responsible for new client sales, strategic partnership, and marketing activities.

Keith's focus has been on ERP software and services.  In 2004, he led his team to receive the prestigious award of Oracle Partner of the Year in North America.

Previously, Keith spent 10 years at Oracle Corporation, most recently as Senior Account Manager in the New York Metro Region.

Bob Laughlin has served as Vice President of Client Care since 2009 and is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of existing clients.

Bob previously spent 11 years at Oracle Corporation, most recently as Vice President, North Eastern Consulting Sales.  He has also assumed the roll as Acting Vice President of Consulting.  Prior to this, he held several technical and managerial positions of increasing responsibility with RR Donnelley, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and Arthur Andersen.

Bob received a B.S. from Southern Illinois University, with a major in Finance and Management Information Systems.  He lives in Neshanic Station, New Jersey with his wife and three children.
