1. Finalize Your Migration Timeline Project Plan The @Core Client Migration group meets with you to discuss your requirements as they relate to the Migration Timeline. Together we discuss your options and determine the appropriate cutover date.
2. Draft and Send Your Potential Termination Letter if Appropriate The @Core Client Care group can assist in drafting your termination letter if appropriate. With Core's assistance you can be sure that the scope and format of the decommission tape is adequate to facilitate a complete migration of your data, programs and customizations.
3. Send Your Host Export Tape to the @Core Data Center This one is easy.
4. Login to Your Test Instance and Test Your Processes, Printers and Firewall With the help of the @Core Client Migration group, you receive award-wining functional consulting to assist with any issue resolutions that may arise during the cutover at no additional charge. The @Core Technical Services group is also on hand to conduct printer setup and assist with firewall reconfigurations.
