Jim Bistis is the Founder and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 1990. Under his helm, Core has been profitable every year since its inception. As CEO, Jim provides both tactical and strategic leadership to ensure that client expectations are met by devotion to continuous improvement in people and infrastructure development and business model execution. By doing so, we create a unique mutually beneficial, strategic relationship with clients that facilitates achievement of each partner’s goals.Before founding Core, Jim held positions as a Software Developer and Management Consultant with Eisner LLP, a New York-based regional accounting and advisory firm.

Jim received a B.S. from Moravian College with a major in Mathematics. Jim also serves on the Board of The Language and Cognitive Development Center of Boston a leading-edge institution focused on autistic children achieving their potential. Additionally, Jim serves on the Board of The Atlantic Conservation Partnership. Bimal Doshi

Bimal Doshi has served as Vice President of Operations since 2007 and is responsible for operational client service delivery. From 1999 to 2007, Bimal was a SQL Developer, progressing through several technical and managerial positions of ever-increasing responsibility.

Previously, Bimal spent 10 years managing production and development programs for an Indian firm in the plastics industry.

Bimal received a B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bombay and Syracuse University, respectively. He resides in Edison, New Jersey with his wife.

 

Brad Hudak

Brad Hudak has served as Vice President of Delivery & Quality Assurance since 2011, and is responsible for client satisfaction and delivery of quality services.

Brad brings 20+ years of experience building and leading IT organizations including 10 years at Oracle Consulting and, more recently, related senior positions in the Energy and Construction industries.

Brad received a B.A. in Management Information Systems from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. He resides in Houston with his wife.

 

Peter Rollins

Peter Rollins has served as Vice President of Finance & Administration
since 2011 and is responsible for directing the organization’s daily
financial and business operations and growth strategy.

Peter brings over 20 years of industry experience to this key role,
including ten years at Capgemini where he was responsible for financial
operations.  Previously, he held several managerial positions of
increasing responsibility as Corporate Controller.

Peter received a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University and is a
CPA.  He resides in Manalapan, New Jersey with his wife and two
children.
